These precautions must be taken on exterior surfaces to prevent water leaks, cracks, separation, mold and mildew. We'll make sure your exterior paint stands the test of time by removing loose paint, filling cracks and pressure washing when necessary. COMMERCIALForest City Painters (FCP) carries full Workers Compensation and $5,000,000 in Liability Insurance Coverage. Our painters have undergone safety training including W.H.M.I.S., Ariel platform training, fall arrest training as well as weekly safety meetings. As always our painters use safety gear including; fall arrest, safety helmets and respirators where required.
